Corruption is "OnEquip"
Defile is "OnActive"

So unfortunately, based on this, Defile should only work when it's in your hand.

I think the second perk "Defile" works on both weapon ... any data on that ?

Why is noone suggesting Gemslot as the last perk ?

Sure my friend best option for this hatchet is rogue, for PVE and for PVP too because more damage on back, this for hatchet is the bis. i have 4600 hours in this game.

I think you should think about using Keen Berserk now. 20% attack increase with zerk plus 25% with keen zerk when active with the increased crit chance to add debuffs. So 45% boost with zerk with refreshing move also, add torrent to the armor with a couple extra refreshings your dealing 45% extra damage most of the time. Use Natures Wrath artifact and now you are doing 65% damage with keen zerk. Also using the throwing axe buff for distance throws while zerking, I don't think that is labeled as an empower, will be crazy...I hope. ;)

they nerfed jagged and put jagged in an artifact at same patch, ags logic...

all debuff or what?
