First time mining stone in weeks I got it. 24.8% armor + 8.7% amulet + 8.1% pickaxe + 3 minor trophies + 2000 luck food + PvP. Total luck (minus trophies, including PvP): 71.6%. Decided to try my luck a few more times and got it at 338 stone (along with 2 slivers of adamant, dunno if they are in the same bucket)

Mining 200 , I mined with 5 Armor pieces of Mining gear each giving 4.9% ( 24.5 % ) , Pickaxe with 7.9% , Amulett with 8.9 Mining luck . 2000 Points of luck with food and the 500 Luck trophy. Strenght 324 in case that matters . Mined for a 90 minutes found 0 sliver of adderstone or sliver of adamant . Took off the Amulett since i saw someone posting about Amuletts giving minus % and mined again for 40 minutes . Results are 4 sliver of adderstone and 2 sliver of adamant . Could be luck or something else , strange things are happening

1st Sliver after 2567 Stone
2nd Sliver after 2364 Stone
3rd Sliver after 1183 Stone
4th Sliver after 2490 Stone
On average thats one Sliver of Adderstone every 2151 Stones. Will add more data once I get more slivers.
I mine at the north entrance of Everfall.

Drop range is at 20%-29.99% luck, I slaved away for 4 hours, mined and sold 20k stone and found no Adderstones at 40.7% and 30.4% luck but in the first 10 minutes of mining at 20.7% luck I managed 2 Adderstones

@Cargon What's your mining skill level? Cause that's increases your mining luck aswell quite a bit.

I mine boulders south of Windsward. I have 17% mining luck from gear, and I eat roasted potatoes (for the extra 1%). Normally, by the time of the food runs out I have nearly 3k stone and 2 Sliver of Adderstone.
