Luck perk on this might be causing a bug on your overall Luck, I've tested running elites with this and I get less drops (Green Rarity). Then I tested without this, I get more Purple rarity drops. Even when opening chests (all types) I've been getting common items.

Prior to Patch 1.1 this ring for some reason came with TWO individual Luck affixes.
We were never sure if both Luck effects were applied correctly together, but if they were it made Weaver's Knot the absolute BIS ring for HWM farming pre-1.1.
Since Patch 1.1 one of the Luck effects has been replaced with +Crit, so the combination is still very useful even up to higher levels, it just isn't as potentially broken as having two Luck effects on one item.
