you can only get like 4 stacks max now (ele ability/regular attack, ele heartrune, ele split gem, and thorny reflection) and even then you'll only usually have 2 stacks active with a 4 second downtime.

Question with my elemtal band, should i focus multiple elemtal dmg for empowerr stack? Or focus on only one elemtal dmg void for example?

So If i have fire harnessing on my gear + ignited rune on my finisher I will do mad damage?

This artifact drops from Broodmother Medusa. Thats the endboss in Hive of Gorgons raid.
Different to the weekly Loot-ID for the standard loot there is NO Loot-ID for the artifacts.
Means you can kill this boss as often as you want per week, even per day, until it drops your artifact.

To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Elemental Band.

@Neil You can run the raid as many times for the artifacts, since those have a chance to drop even if you completed it that week

You can put inv punishment or mortal emp as your third perk.

Quest to get hearty unlocked is kill 50 angry earth in raid(if anyone was wondering).

@uralldumb yes, but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything. The perk buckets listed on nwdb are just the potential perks if you random roll the third perk. You can still use craft mods to add perks that aren’t in the random roll perk buckets.

@Weaboo Slayer you can literally view the perk bucket...

I wonder if we can use inv punishment or mortal emp in the third slot, since this empower is a passive from the artifact it shouldn't block other perks
