I’m 100% convinced this item doesn’t exist, 5-6 hours daily for 2 weeks and everything is dropped twice at least except this one

After 2 months since I got this item it's still not possible to upgrade it, lol!
There were rumours that it would be fixed at the end of November or something like that but it seems it hasn't happened yet.

Im starting to think that AGS intentionally disabled this to slow down gear progression. cause they know this will be one of the BIS items

This is ridiculous. I have to believe after they made this and "named" it they were like... crap this is easily tanking bis, we must gate guard this as long as possible. I guess at this point i'm just going to craft it and waste the resources because i'm convinced it will never be fixed.
