really confused have 10 of these on legacy but on fresh can't seem to get a single one to drop

I've killed a named npc 65 times near the waypoint. It never dropped the amulet. It seems to be really rare.

Better farm from Fay the Last Protector, I got from him today at second try 633gs but can be upgraded to 700. (only thing he take more time respawn than before)

Same as previous comment. Many hours in, seem to be getting all other progenitor items but the amulet (have gotten the ring a good 6 times...)

10 hours and several different bosses and still no amulet. Every other piece from the set multiple times now
