Is the loottable bugged? I have maximum luck equip and killed him 60 times+ and got no stonecutter shoes.

Easy to kill with ranged weapons. I was just clearing the totem and beserker on the south tent and pull him to it. Just kite him around it until he gets into the cannon blast animation or randomly decides to do nothing for 5-8s. I just auto attacked him down with FS/IG.

the Skinny Stream

he will retreat if you hang out in the tents. luckily I found an easy cheese for him. he just stands there and takes your attacks. :)

Respawn timer is ~6 minutes, can confirm as on patch 1.6.2, both Buccaneer's Bounty and
Shot Across the Bow can drop above 590+, easy solo farm with an IG or WH and standing inside one of the tents.
